MyDearWatson aims to provide you with the detective work needed to try and find people from the past through to the present.
Whilst Sherlock Holmes never actually said, "Elementary, my dear Watson", in any of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's books and stories, the famous detective was renowned for being able to solve the mysteries he was presented with, ably helped and supported by his colleague Dr Watson.
In this way MyDearWatson offers you a range of genealogical services, from the actual detective work itself, to working alongside you providing you with any assistance you might need for your own enquiries.

We undertake research across the UK from 1837, and in Australia from 1798.
Prior to 1837 in the UK, we specialise in Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Staffordshire.
Other areas can be researched by agreement.
In Australia, whilst we specialise in New South Wales, other States can also be researched by agreement.
